The successful recovery from a disaster begins with sound preparedness and planning long before an event occurs. Mordecai Disaster Recovery Consultants works closely with our clients to assess their unique risks and to develop a working disaster plan to address those needs. Upon completion of each disaster plan we coordinate a training program to ensure that all of our client's personnel understand how to implement the disaster plan in the event of a disaster. We also ensure that the disaster plan includes a schedule for reviewing and revising the plan on a regular basis to account for any changes, such as risk or organization, as well as to take into consideration the lessons learned from previous disasters and emergencies.
